KINGWELL LPR-N Valve Features & Benefits:
The Pressure Operated tester valve (LPR-N Valve) is a full- opening, annulus pressure-operated valve. It measures multiple closed-in pressures in cased holes where pipe manipulation is restricted and a full-opening string is required.
The Pressure operated tester valve is composed of a ball valve section, a power section, and a metering section. The ball valve section provides multiple downhole closures.

Description:
Downhole Tester Valve is the centrepiece of the Drill Stem Test (DST) String, which provides control of the well flow safely during a Drill Stem Test. It is a full bore – full opening down hole tester valve that operated (opened or closed) by applying annulus pressure, and it should be opened or closed as many times as necessary for multiple flows and shut-in periods. The tool should include a lock-open module that can be used at any time during the test. With this module, after three (03) cycles minimum, the ball valve can be held open (full open) when the annulus pressure is bled off. The lock open module is useful in the following procedures:
Ø Bleeding annulus pressure during long flow periods.
Ø Running wire line (or coiled tubing) through the tester valve with annulus pressure bled off.
Ø Circulating to condition the mud and clean the hole while tripping in hole (the packer is not set).
